THRILLING ADVENTURE HOUR - FRANK & SADIE DOYLE
"The Thrilling Adventure Hour" is a staged reading of an old time radio show through a contemporary comedy lens. The most popular segment of the show is "Beyond Belief," starring Paul F. Tompkins and Paget Brewster as the married mediums, Frank and Sadie Doyle. For the show's Brooklyn premier I designed and made a beautifully tailored green smoking jacket for Mr. Tompkins. The cocktail dress I made for Miss Brewster was cut from a vintage pattern and hand embellished with raven colored beads.
